Terms and conditions This promotion is being conducted by apartmentreviews.com.au ABN 29 214 423 128. To be eligible for the prize you must use the online form to review a building on the website. For the review to be acceptable you must provide a rating for each criterion and leave a written review of at least 10 words. You will receive one entry per review and you may leave as many reviews as you like, however you must have lived in the apartment building for at least 1 month to be eligible. Proof may be requested if any doubt exists. A valid email address is also required, this is the only method of contact available. The prize is one (1) Apple iPod Nano (4GB) valued at $199. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The competition commences 17/11/2007 and closes 31/01/2008. The prize will be drawn 01/02/2008 and the winner will be notified by email on that day. The winner's name will also be published on apartmentreviews.com.au within 24 hours. The prize will be delivered within 14 days of the winner being announced.
